Here is a high precision ground ball screw linear actuator. The screw is 25mm in diameter with a 10mm lead (10mm travel per turn). The screw is supported with angular contact bearings on one end and free radial bearings on the other. The cross roller linear guides are made by Rosa and the base rail is 50mm wide. This was used for pushing components into place on a precision CNC punching station. Its in excellent shape. The travel is smooth without play or stiction. The guides are in excellent shape without corrosion or grooving.
