Here is a Vestil 500lb capacity linear actuated lift table. This works well, but is missing its controller and battery. Both parts are available from Vestil for under $350, but you can rig up something far cheaper. It uses two 12V batteries in parallel that are just in a plastic casing that connects to the two spring terminals on the control housing. The controller is just a 3 wire switch and any button pendant can replace it. A test video is shown below where we are using a controller and battery from a complete cart. Please note that while shown in the video, the battery and controller are not included as described.
The cart is otherwise in excellent shape. The actuator is very clean and operates well. The tabletop has some stains, but no dents, dings or any significant wear.
