Here is an Advanced Energy custom 330kW DC power filter. This was designed to take a rectified AC input and smooth out the power ripple to be able to inject it into a DC solar inverter. This is a floating filter with inductors on both the + and – legs of the input. The capacitor bank is between the + and – legs of the filter.
