Shipping Costs: We do not look to make money on shipping charges. We only try to cover actual postage and shipping costs. On some products we offer Free Shipping to the 48 contiguous states. For Alaska, Hawaii, US Protectorates, APO/FPO please contact us for shipping costs.
Turnaround Time: About 95% of our orders ship within one business day. If you let us know there is a rush we can almost always ship the same day. Freight items usually have a 2-day turnaround time.
Next Day Shipping: We can offer next day shipping on just about all our products even if not shown on the calculator. Please contact us. We usually get products out the same day even if paid as late as 4:00 PM MST.
Customs / Commercial Invoice: We cannot reduce an item’s value on a commercial invoice or shipping document. Misrepresenting customs values is against federal law and eBay policy.
Ship on My Account / Local Pickup: Yes, we can ship on a customer’s UPS and FedEx account. Local pickups are accepted weekdays from 10am-5pm and by appointment.
Packaging: We use only the best void fill and cushioning products. We have a foam-in-place system, full crating department, and hundreds of in-stock box sizes.
Freight / Items Near or Over 150 lbs: Many products must be shipped truck freight. We have a loading dock and get very competitive rates with all major freight couriers. Contact us if an eBay freight quote seems high — we can almost always beat it. We need a phone number and address to schedule freight. Buyers are welcome to arrange their own pickups. A palletizing/crating fee may apply for very large items.

Where Do You Get All This Stuff?: Most of our inventory comes from larger companies going out of business or downsizing equipment. We also purchase truckload quantities from industrial auctions and privately negotiated sales. We are very competitive when we buy and purchase only new and used functional industrial automation equipment.
Capabilities: Six hard-working individuals run our shop, process equipment, list inventory on eBay, and ship daily. We also have CNC manufacturing equipment for refurbishing actuators and other motion control hardware which is our specialty.

Returns: We offer 30-day returns. If an item arrives defective or not as described we cover return shipping — no questions asked. For all other returns the buyer covers return shipping. No restocking fee except items sold as new not returned in original packaging (20% applies).
